What we keep, who touches it, and who to write to.

This page says what is true today. Where something is not yet built or not yet tested, it says so instead of promising it.

1. Where your data lives

Your data is kept under your own account on servers we operate, separated from other customers by that account. Your content does not train anyone else's model.

2. Services that process data

These services process data to run AI Executive: Cloudflare, Telnyx, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Recall.ai for meeting bots, Resend for email delivery, Stripe, Firebase, and Google if you connect it.

Deepgram's voice agent runs a Google model.

3. Who can see it

You, when you are signed in to your private office.
Visitors to your public site see only what you have approved for the public. See the next section for how far that is tested.
The services in section 2 process data to run the product.
Our team can reach it to support you and to carry out an export, deletion, or cancellation you ask for.

4. Public and private

The public AI on your website is designed to answer only from facts you have approved for the public, and your private notes stay in your office. This is in pilot: we are testing it against hostile visitor prompts and have not published results yet, so do not treat it as a guarantee.

5. Calls

Calls are transcribed. We have not yet verified in writing whether our voice providers keep call audio, so this page makes no claim either way about call audio retention. When we have verified it, this page will say what was checked and when.

6. Export, deletion, and cancellation

All three are handled by a person, by request. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account.

Export: ask and we send you the records kept under your account. There is no self-serve export button yet.
Deletion: ask and we delete the records kept under your account. Billing records we are required to keep are not deleted. There is no self-serve delete button yet.
Cancel: ask and we cancel your plan. Existing subscriptions are billed through Stripe, and we have not yet tested a self-serve cancel path, so we do not claim one.

7. Records

No outside party anchors our record chain yet.
