Will it send email as me?
No. It writes the reply and leaves it in your drafts with your voice already in it. Sending stays a human action, unless you deliberately hand it that authority for one narrow, named case.
What does it do without asking?
Reading, triage, research, drafting, note taking, and answering your phone. Anything that leaves your control, a message going out, a commitment made on your behalf, an invite to a third party, comes to you first. You can widen that line deliberately. It cannot widen on its own.
Where does my data go?
Onto your own infrastructure, running on the model provider you already trust and already pay for. It is your instance. It is not pooled with other customers and it does not train anyone else's model.
What is AI Exec?
AI Exec (AI Executive) gives a founder or executive a named AI chief of staff: a persistent, deployed instance, not a chat window you have to re-prompt. On the AI Executive tier it runs your inbox (triage plus drafted replies), your calendar, captures commitments from calls and mail, answers your own phone line, and joins meetings to draft the follow up. It drafts and prepares; you approve anything that leaves your control.
Is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI assistant?
Yes, in three concrete ways. It is deployed as your instance rather than a shared login: your own URL, your own phone number, your own data, not pooled across customers and not used to train anyone else's model. It is persistent rather than session-based: it keeps working on your inbox, calendar, and calls between conversations instead of waiting for you to open a tab and type a prompt. And it carries a fixed authority boundary, drafting and preparing by default, sending or committing only when you deliberately grant that for a named case, which a generic chatbot has no concept of.
How does the AI Network actually work?
It is live today on the AI Exec Enterprise tier (starting at $2,499/month): each person in an organization gets their own named AI chief of staff, and those AIs coordinate directly with each other, handing off tasks and seeing them through under permissions the organization sets, and reaching other connected AI Executives inside or outside the org. Every AI in the network stays attached to the one person or business it represents; there is no shared or anonymous agent pool. Below Enterprise, the free Community tier gives you a shared assistant that can answer questions about the network, but it is not your own AI and has no access to your mail, calendar, or phone.
