Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Haygood Ideas, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as AI Executive, collects, why, and what we do with it. It applies to aiexec.me and to the AI Executive application.

Information we collect

Account information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and billing details.

Content you provide: the accounts and companies you ask us to research, notes, documents and files you upload, and the messages you exchange with the assistant, including voice conversations where you use them.

Connected accounts: if you choose to connect a third-party service such as Google Workspace or a CRM, we access only the data those permissions cover, and only to perform the tasks you asked for. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access going forward.

Usage information: feature usage, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used for billing, support, and quality.

How we use information

• To research accounts, prepare briefs, draft follow-ups, and perform the other work you ask the service to do.
• To bill you and support your account.
• To monitor and improve quality and reliability.
• To meet legal obligations.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use the contents of your connected accounts, uploads, or conversations to train publicly available AI models.

Text messages and your mobile number

AI Executive runs a text message program for its own members. We text you only if you gave us a mobile number and ticked the consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and the mobile field is optional: leaving it blank, or leaving the box unticked, means we contact you by email instead and never by text.

The exact wording you agree to is:“I agree that AI Executive may send me text messages at this mobile number about my account and my service. This includes replies to my request, briefings and reminders from my AI Executive agent, and account and service notices. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our privacy policy at aiexec.me/privacy. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message frequency varies. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only sharing that happens is with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and only so that it can be delivered.

Service providers

We use third parties to deliver the service, including hosting, AI model, speech, email, and payment providers. They may process information only to perform services for us. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterward as we need it for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your content at any time, and we will do so within 30 days except where we are required to keep a record.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it to operate or support the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information by writing to [email protected]. You can disconnect any connected account from within the application. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message; we will still send you transactional email about your account.

Children

AI Executive is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email.
