Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Executive, operated by Haygood Ideas, Inc., a Florida corporation ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

AI Executive is an AI revenue operator for founder-led teams. It researches target accounts, prepares briefs before meetings, drafts follow-ups, and helps keep pipeline and CRM records current. Depending on your plan it may also include community access and additional workspace features.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Community — free
• Operator — $49/month
• Executive — $299/month
• Enterprise — $2,499/month

There is no contract and no minimum term. Service is month to month and you can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial months. If we change prices we will give you at least 30 days notice before it affects your renewal.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for making sure the people you invite follow these terms. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content and connected accounts

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything the service produces for you. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service on your behalf. If you connect a third-party account, you confirm you are entitled to grant that access, and you can revoke it at any time. How we handle this data is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack or probe our systems or anyone else's. We may suspend an account that does.

AI output

The service uses AI models, and AI models make mistakes. Research summaries, briefs, and drafts are starting points that require your review. You are responsible for what you send, publish, or decide based on them. We do not warrant that output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and if we discontinue something material to your plan we will give you notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid amount for the remainder of that term.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for breach of these terms. On termination you can export your content for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
