AI Executive
Your name. Your website. Your AI chief of staff.
A personal website that speaks for you from the facts you approve, and a private office that turns what you promise into follow-ups that stay open until they are done.
Built for consultants, fractional executives, founders, and other relationship-driven professionals: people whose work arrives as conversations and is kept as promises.
Community is free. Paid plans are $49, $149, and $299 a month. Compare plans
How it fits together
Three parts, one assistant.
A site that is yours.
A starter site with your introduction, your expertise, selected work, and a way to contact or book you. A public AI on the site answers visitors using only the facts you have approved for the public. In pilot
Where the work is kept.
Behind your sign-in: visitor inquiries, the commitments you make, the follow-ups still open, and the drafts waiting for your approval. It drafts and prepares. Anything that leaves your control comes to you first.
Your other tools, in the loop.
AI Executive Connect lets approved agents you already use hand work to your own computer and report back. Supported routes only. Pilot See what is supported
One worked example
A visitor writes. A follow-up stays open.
Say you are a fractional CFO. Late on a Tuesday, a founder finds your site and asks whether you take on companies their size. Here is what happens next. In pilot
- On your siteThe founder asks about working with you, in the chat or the contact form.
- The public AIIt answers from the facts you approved for the public, and takes their name and message. It does not see your private notes.
- Your private officeThe inquiry lands as a record, with the founder's own words attached and a suggested next action.
- You decideIt prepares a reply; you approve it. Nothing goes out until you say so.
- Until it is doneThe follow-up stays on your list, with an owner and a date, until you mark it resolved.
Capturing a commitment from a phone call is not part of this example. Call capture is still being tested and is not promised on this page.
The boundary
It drafts. You send.
Reading, sorting, research, and drafting happen without asking. A message going out, a commitment made on your behalf, or an invite to a third party comes to you first. You can widen that line deliberately for one named case. It cannot widen it on its own. Calls are transcribed.
Your data is kept under your own account on servers we operate, separated from other customers by that account. Read the trust page for what is stored, who processes it, and how to reach a person.

Questions
Plain answers.
Will it send email as me?
No. It writes the reply and leaves it in your drafts. Sending stays a human action, unless you deliberately hand it that authority for one narrow, named case.
What does it do without asking?
Reading, triage, research, drafting, and note taking. Anything that leaves your control, a message going out, a commitment made on your behalf, an invite to a third party, comes to you first. You can widen that line deliberately. It cannot widen on its own.
What is AI Executive?
AI Executive gives a consultant, fractional executive, founder, or other relationship-driven professional three things: a personal website with a public AI that answers visitors from facts you approve, a private office where inquiries, commitments, and follow-ups are kept, and optional connections to agents you already use. It drafts and prepares; you approve anything that leaves your control. The public AI, the inquiry-to-follow-up path, and Connect are in pilot.
Does the public AI see my private notes?
It is designed not to. The public AI answers only from facts you have approved for the public, and private material is kept in your office. This is being tested with hostile visitor prompts during the pilot, so treat it as in pilot, not as a guarantee.
Where does my data go?
Onto servers we operate, kept under your own account and separated from other customers by that account. The model behind it is Anthropic's Claude, through our account. Your content does not train anyone else's model. The trust page lists the services that process data and how to reach a person.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, that is the plan: you bring a domain you already own and verify it with a DNS record, or you start on a yourname.aiexec.me address and move later. If you want us to register a new domain, the quote is shown first and nothing is bought without your yes. Domain setup is in pilot.
Is this different from ChatGPT or a generic AI assistant?
Yes, in three ways. It is your own instance rather than a shared login, so your data is kept under your account. It is persistent: it keeps your inquiries, commitments, and follow-ups between conversations instead of waiting for you to open a tab and type a prompt. And it carries a fixed authority boundary: drafting and preparing by default, sending or committing only when you grant that for a named case.
How does the AI Network actually work?
The AI Network is what the Enterprise plan (from $2,499 a month, scoped with you) is built for: each person in an organization gets their own named AI chief of staff, and those AIs are designed to coordinate with each other under permissions the organization sets. Every AI stays attached to the one person or business it represents. The free Community tier gives you a shared assistant that can answer questions about the network. It is not your own AI and has no access to your mail, calendar, or phone.
What does it cost?
Community is free. Presence is $49 a month, Chief of Staff is $149, Executive is $299, Team starts at $799 by quote, and Enterprise starts at $2,499. The three new plans start with secure checkout, and a person then confirms your setup by email. Existing Operator and AI Executive subscribers keep their current plans and charges. The pricing page has what each plan includes.
How do I cancel, export, or delete my data?
By request. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and a person handles it. We do not yet offer a tested self-serve button for these, so we do not claim one. The trust page says what is deleted and what is kept.
